Host Agreement
Terms for Independent Hosts and Outfitters

INTRODUCTION
This Agreement governs the relationship between AfriHunt ('the Company') and independent hosts, outfitters, lodges, guides, and related operators ('the Host') who list hunting or outdoor services through the Platform.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
The Provider acts strictly as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, or representative of the Company. The Provider is solely responsible for tax compliance, insurance obligations, and regulatory adherence.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Host accepts full responsibility for:
- Injury, illness, or death of participants and support staff
- Wildlife-related incidents and operational safety breaches
- Damage to property
- Professional errors or negligence
The Host must maintain all required permits, licenses, and appropriate liability insurance.
SERVICE STANDARDS
The Host agrees to:
- Provide accurate listings, rates, inclusions, exclusions, and availability
- Operate lawfully and ethically in accordance with local and national regulations
- Maintain safe facilities, equipment, transport, and operating procedures
- Treat guests fairly and deliver services with reasonable professional care
QUALITY CONTROL AND COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT
The Company may suspend or remove the Provider from the App if:
- Repeated complaints are received
- The quality of service is considered inadequate
- This Agreement is breached
- Conduct is unsafe or unprofessional
INDEMNITY
The Host indemnifies and holds AfriHunt harmless against claims, losses, damages, penalties, and liabilities arising from the Host's services, content, operations, regulatory non-compliance, or conduct.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement with reasonable notice. The Company may terminate immediately for misconduct, breach, or safety-related concerns.
Important Notice
By registering as a Host on AfriHunt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
