These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the AfriHunt website, mobile applications, and related services ('the Platform'). By creating an account, browsing listings, or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AfriHunt is a marketplace platform that connects users with independent hosts, outfitters, lodges, guides, and related providers ('Hosts'). AfriHunt does not itself operate hunts, provide guiding services, issue permits, supply equipment, or transport users.

Hosts operate as independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of AfriHunt. Hosts are solely responsible for the legality, quality, safety, and delivery of their services.

Hunting and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including injury, property damage, wildlife encounters, travel disruptions, and regulatory enforcement actions. By participating in any booking, users accept these risks and agree to assess suitability before participation.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate identity, contact, and booking information.
• Verify and comply with all applicable laws, permits, firearm regulations, customs requirements, and local hunting rules.
• Follow host instructions, safety protocols, and property rules at all times.
• Ensure participants are physically and legally eligible to take part in booked activities.
• Comply with all booking, payment, and cancellation requirements.

A booking is confirmed only when accepted by the Host and payment is successfully processed. Cancellation and refund terms are determined by the listing policy shown at checkout. AfriHunt may facilitate communication but does not guarantee refunds outside listing terms or required law.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, the Company disclaims all liability for:

• Acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of Hosts or third parties
• Injuries, fatalities, property loss, equipment damage, or wildlife incidents
• Permit denials, border issues, confiscations, or legal violations by users or Hosts
• Service delays, interruptions, cancellations, force majeure events, or unavailable listings
• Inaccurate listing information supplied by Hosts

By selecting 'I AGREE' or by using AfriHunt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and all related policies.
